Over the recent years, the Group has worked on the following projects: 

• Structuring companies’ tax and debt, while helping the development of intellectual property, licensing products owned by individual(s) and or corporations, along with new long term corporate and product licenses and or leases.

• The Famous “Coyote Ugly Saloon” in Chicago, (a Walt Disney Movie) was licensed and contracted from the New York parent company. The Group sold the Company for over $3,250,000 after resolving all of its lawsuits, tax liability, along with over $1,000,000.00 of debt elimination.

• The Group purchased and sold a publicly traded “dot com” computer server storage company. During the that time, the Group had confirmed the restructuring of the “dot com” company’s Chapter 11 Bankruptcy completion. 

• The Group purchased and sold 1009 N. Rush Street, Chicago, IL 60610’s Corporate Lease for $1,550,000 after eliminating $1,000,000.00 in tax and corporate debt.

• The Group purchased and sold 1011 N. Rush Street, Chicago, IL 60610’s Corporate Lease and all of its assets for $850,000.00, after eliminating $1,500,000.00 in tax and corporate debt.

• The Group licensed and completed the Intellectual Property Development and Operated while increasing product sales & promoted Patron, Chicago, IL.

• The Group completed the sale of the Business Corporation located in Stone Park, IL 60165, along with Licensing, Lease and Intellectual Property for over $5,000,000.

• The President, Mr. Orr, was a contestant on the American Inventor TV Show as a finalist, where he was flown to Hollywood, California. This show was the predecessor to the Shark Tank TV Program.

• The President is the current owner of three Patents and has several Patents Pending.

• The Group ABCC is a Licensed Business Broker.

• The Group completed over 500 Corporate Licensing and Business Structuring of new and established businesses. The Group has been a member of the Turnaround Management Association since 1996.

• The Group invested $250,000 in a process using LED Red Light Therapy Machines and a derivative of Methylene Blue, both are patented products. The Patent Attorneys were referred by the President. These products together cure COVID and the different variants. Currently, at Polytechnic Institute / University in Mexico City for the final expectant from COFEPRIS, which is the Mexican FDA, this will allow this Patents Product to be sold and used in 71 different countries, soon.

• The President was awarded a CAF # from the Internal Revenue Service for his experience in all 50 States for saving businesses that were not performing, and returning them back into profitable businesses and taxpayers. 

Today, The Group still owns and or operates over twenty corporations divided between patent / product licensing, trademarks, intellectual property development, product sales, marketing, promotional companies and their diversified financial and business consulting group for real estate, investment banking, corporate mergers, acquisitions, licensing, leasing and corporate restructuring and turnaround.
