AMERICAN BUSINESS CONSULTANTS CORPORATION (ABCC) was established in 1994. The Orr Group (Group) started their career working together in the mid 1980’s. In 1994 the Group expanded to American Business Consultants Corporation. ABCC is well known for its talents in tax and debt resolution both at the local government level and with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in all 50 States. ABCC services include financial restructuring, contract negotiations, asset protection, marketing / promotions, research, increasing sales, recruiting clients and intellectual property development, product licensing, turnaround management for both corporate and personal financial restructuring and asset protection.

The Group started TAX LIEN INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE CORPORATION (TLIA) IN 1991 and then opened AMERICAN BUSINESS CONSULTANTS CORPORATION in 1994, to resolve Personal and Corporate Tax Problems and Debt Resolution. Together ABCC and TLIA resolved over 4,000 Tax Lien cases and completed over 500 Corporate and over 1000 Personal Turnarounds including Asset Protection. ABCC has a 100 percent successful track record, while they implemented their plans and returned each business to profitability. ABCC has been a member of the TURNAROUND MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (TMA) since 1996.

The Group’s President, Perry Orr, coordinated the expansion for over thirty five years and has completed extensive tax and debt resolution in both state and federal cases. The Group assisted debt-ridden companies to protect all types of assets, including patents, licenses, trademarks, leases and intellectual property. ABCC also assisted its clients in research and recruiting engagements in marketing / promotions, engineering, management, product development, sales, and other diversified assignments for over1,000 corporate clients and for hundreds of Fortune 500 companies.

The Group’s endeavors were spotlighted in a Wall Street Journal cover story for overseeing their client’s Management Information Systems (MIS) recruitment work for United Airlines. The Group has been interviewed for national television by Dr. Joyce Brothers and local commentators, Ms. Terry Savage, Mr. Dick Kaye and Mr. Phil Walters for their knowledge of the employment and entertainment industries. Mr. Orr was voted Businessman of the Year in 1989.

ABCC’s oversaw the handling of the increase of product sales, patents, copywriting, trademarks, tax and debt / cost reduction; as well as licensing of the with corporate assets, which saved the product sales, product licensing, their real estate, reduce
tax liability and secure their Intellectual Property to regain their foothold in their individual markets.

The Group in one such turnaround of a 25,000 sq. ft. Entertainment Facility. The Group sought and received the financial support of the Miller Brewing Company to pay for the attorneys’ extensive legal battle, which the court’s found to be unconstitutional in favor of the Group.

The Group entered into a successful joint venture with the largest Hispanic promoters in the United States, Cardenas & Fernandez Associates. The venture was showcased in a 12 page feature article in The Wall Street Journal.

ABCC was hired to orchestrate the turnaround of R & V, Inc. After completing a very successful Chapter 11 reorganization and eliminating over $1,200,000 in insurance claims and $1,000,000 unsecured creditors. R & V, Inc. was then sold to one of America’s largest entertainment investment groups, because the licensing and assets were extremely valuable and debt free.
Over the past 35 years, the Group has owned, managed, licensed, trademarked, patented, developed intellectual property, marketed, promoted products, recruited, researched and consulted. The Group has owned stock and or options on hundreds of corporations, while increasing revenue for their clients, and maximizing the product line and licensing of the products, for larger profits. The Group did this for the client’s business operation, to increase their value, and the products and the licensing of the products prior to a sale of the company.
